Workout: PSP Complete body and muscle conditioning and muscle building. Sweat like a beast
After work out: protein shake n pure protein bar!
Lunch : 1/2 pineapple coconut vi shake, 1/2 turkey wrap
Snack : laughing cow cheese and crackers
Dinner : chicken taco bowl with veggies no sr cream
Snack : sugar free ice cream
Breakfast : Peach tea vi shake
Workout : 5 mile run on treadmill at home, ah easy day.. No gym :)
After workout replenish : Protein shake and pure protein bar!
Boom! Under 9 mins a mile.. Not bad for practice
130 runs = 500 miles! I'm on FiYaH!
Bfast: Peach vi shake with 15 cal peach/tea juice
Had an awesome swim with Darlene and then came home and ran 2 miles
Came home and had a protein shake And a pure protein bar.
Lunch: 1/2 turkey wrap
Snack : 1/2 vi shake
Dinner : Grilled chicken and cottage cheese
Bfast : Dreamcicle BBV shake
Workout : muscle conditioning at PSP and lots of core and upper body.
After workout : protein shake and protein bar
Lunch : BBV peach shake
Aft snack : laughing cow cheese n grain crackers
Dinner : tilapia and salmon. Sweet potato with spray butter
Breakfast : orange dreamcicle vi shake
Lunch : turkey wrap with LF cheese and low fat ranch
Dinner : strawberry vi shake, minestrone soup
The bootcamp was great! It was an intense tension band workout and we all had a lot of fun! I brought Joanne Darlene and Victoria with me.. We met mags there. :) everyone is sore between their shoulder blades on back!
For lunch : turkey wrap

Afternoon mini meal : 1/2 serving banana vi shake!
Dinner: tilapia, wild rice and cottage cheese... YUM
For breakfast I had a great protein dreamcicle Vi- shake and headed off to the core... Darleon I did a 2 mile run and then slam for about 40 minutes practicing for my triathlon! I learned something this morning I completely suck at swimming!!! It's so hard I can completely control my breathing on a treadmill or an outside run without losing my brat but when I spent half the time underwater I'm having a hard time regulating breathing!!! I also need to invest in a dorky nose plug because I am having a hard time keeping water from flowing down my nose!!!!!! I only have three days to practice so I need to get this down!!!! Huge thanks to Darlene for being there for me and coaching me along!!!!!!!
I came home and had another protein shake Because I need to bring in 100 to 150 g of protein a day. I stopped my freezer up with individual portions of tilapia and salmon. I will be having fish almost every day as some part of my daily food... Tonight will be a semi cheat meal because it is my husband's 30th birthday and we are going to Francesca's!!!!! I am still going to keep on track but you bet your fanny I'm going to have a few drinks !!!
11 AM snack : tilapia (6oz)... YUM
For lunch I had a Starbucks coffee vi shake
For an afternoon snack I had a Greek yogurt peac
For dinner I had chicken and salad with low-fat house dressing and mushrooms
Bfast! (Before workout filling meal): dreamcicle vi shake
Workout: PSP muscle conditioning, aka getting my ass kicked n handed to me.
After workout protein: pure protein s'mores bar!
Oh boy, I got a major core and upper body work out this AM with Scott at PSP! It was intense, and did like 5 new workout exercises!
After workout protein: high protein caramel chocolate protein mix for muscle building - with almond milk unsweetened vanilla
Lunch : turkey wrap with avocado ff cheese and LF ranch dressing on a wrap
Aft snack : 1/2 serving hot chocolate vi shake
Dinner : gluten free tilapia, mash potato and salad with LF house dressing.
So excited for tomorrow AM! Darlene and I are running then swimming, practicing for my Triathlon on February 3!!! Yay!
