So.... I lost 22# over the period of 90 days. No joke. I jumped in head first and had never done anything like this.. Ya know, ... Shakes. But by day 2, I honestly felt AMAZING. I woke up so rested, I never felt a "crash", I was full and excited! Within 2 weeks I was down 12 lbs... I hit a "plateau" week 2-4... Turns out I wasn't eating enough calories! (Who would have thought!?!) so I downloaded myfitnesspal and vwalla I was back on track! These are so delicious, filing and so many recipes there's endless possibilities... I've been doing the vi-lifestyle since April 11 2012. It's pretty amazing!

So today is my 4th challenge, day 1/90! It's was amazing! I went to the gym, documented my work outs on video (below) and got in a great ab and leg workout!!! Stoked about Project 10 with ViSalus! As a promoter, I've got my team of challengers pretty stoked too! Keep posted!
