Day 5/90 : About to Get my ass kicked
So yesterday I went to my mother-in-law's office buildings because she had an appointment set up for me at 10 AM to talk to the trainers that will release one of the spots in her building... Not only are they going to talk about the shakes but they're also going to let me set up a booth for their grand opening in February.

So when I was there I checked out their facility and it's pretty badass so they said that if I wanted to come and train with them a few times for free to see how they train that I may! I took them up on that and I'm actually on my way there now to seriously get an ass kicking! It appears there's a lot of TRX and untraditional style workouts there... It's a lot like trainer bills set up. I'm excited and scared at the same time I'll let you know later how it goes! I believe this place is called PSP. They are also going to offer boot camps during the week so I'm going to see if I can get a couple friends to come on board here also once a week. We are really looking forward to trainer Bill Boot Camp at the end of the month!

Ok so Scott kicked my butt this AM! we did so much awesome stuff. We did a LOT of football type exercises, I even got my chance to box! I hear I've got one of the toughest punches he has ever felt out of a girl! :) Alright!!! I am a badass (or at least think I am!!)..... So it was an hour long of serious training. I am looking forward to working with his partner Steve on Friday AM! it's a great deal, it's $99 a month UNLIMITED TRAINING. You can come 2x a day if it tickles your fancy. They are open starting at 5am, and into the evening, 7 days a week. Since I really enjoy working out RIGHT after I wake up, and during the week, this works out GREAT for me! I still plan to attend bootcamps with Trainer Bill every other weekend and also attend bootcamps at PSP. I'm filling my plate up with tons of workouts! I am going to put on 8-10 lbs of muscle by March 31, that's my goal!!!! Watch me achieve it. I am taking my first set of photos and my Project 10 Video today! I will post by tomorrow!

LUNCH : Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl - NO cheese, No Sr Cream, add the Guac! :) Yummo.
Dinner: shrimp tacos with rice pilaf. Oh and a Weiss beer. Just 1. And a water, make that 4.

OMG am I sore tonight! Thanks PSP for kicking my butt this AM! Ahhhh!!! Hurts to sit down to pee.. Tells me it was goOoOod!!!!!!!! I'm looking forward to seeing how I look in 8 weeks from now!! I signed up for 3-4 sessions a week!

This vi broad is going to sleep! Oh and a new promoter came on the team today! Congrats to Kim!! She's also down 4 lbs her first week!
