Here we go again I'm on my way to train at PSP with a different trainer I have not yet met. I'm so sore this morning I'm very certain this is going to be rough for me but I am doing it. Thank God it is Friday and tomorrow is my day off from kicking my own ass. This first week has been awesome but I already feel stronger and leaner. I'm enjoying my go and my shake on the way to training now.

So my workout this morning was awesome! It was a recovery workout since I killed myself the other day. John Binkowski "Bink", is so knowledged... and having three different trainers is seriously awesome.. I'm getting a little bit of everything... I already feel stronger I can't wait to see where I'm at in a few weeks. I don't need to compete or prove anyone else wrong I just want more for myself. I want to be in the absolute best condition before Jeff and I start trying for kids. I plan to work out just as often while preggo. I b one tuff preggo broad. And I know doing this now will help me bounced back so much faster. I will have the perfect body To bring another life into it... Safely, healthy n strong.
Lunch: Had an amazing turkey wrap with my girl Amber! Amazing Convo too. Side of green tea latte

Dinner : Oreo Vi-Shake

On my way to the gym this morning enjoying my GO and my Vi Dreamcicle... I'm about to pound out a 5K with Darlene... I am so sore this morning it was so hard for me to walk down the stairs but I did it and sitting on the toilet is still not a fun task... Can't wait for another workout can't wait for a day off also ha ha!!

Alright Darlene and I rocked our run... it was really hard for me since my legs are like Jell-O .... But I did it and I feel great. Now I'm finishing my dream sickle shake and going home and putting down another snack soon to keep my metabolism going since I just burned over 300 cal.
AM SNACK (after running) : peach oatmeal with 1 scoop vi mix! Yummmm
Lunch : Apple Pie Vi Shake with apple sauce.

Zumba was fun tonight but boy oh boy am I sore! It was a struggle. 45 mins! Going to bed with heat pads on my quads! Getting up early to train at PSP! Night world!

Day 5/90 : About to Get my ass kicked
So yesterday I went to my mother-in-law's office buildings because she had an appointment set up for me at 10 AM to talk to the trainers that will release one of the spots in her building... Not only are they going to talk about the shakes but they're also going to let me set up a booth for their grand opening in February.

So when I was there I checked out their facility and it's pretty badass so they said that if I wanted to come and train with them a few times for free to see how they train that I may! I took them up on that and I'm actually on my way there now to seriously get an ass kicking! It appears there's a lot of TRX and untraditional style workouts there... It's a lot like trainer bills set up. I'm excited and scared at the same time I'll let you know later how it goes! I believe this place is called PSP. They are also going to offer boot camps during the week so I'm going to see if I can get a couple friends to come on board here also once a week. We are really looking forward to trainer Bill Boot Camp at the end of the month!

B-FAST : Dreamcicle Vi Shake

Ok so Scott kicked my butt this AM! we did so much awesome stuff. We did a LOT of football type exercises, I even got my chance to box! I hear I've got one of the toughest punches he has ever felt out of a girl! :) Alright!!! I am a badass (or at least think I am!!)..... So it was an hour long of serious training. I am looking forward to working with his partner Steve on Friday AM! it's a great deal, it's $99 a month UNLIMITED TRAINING. You can come 2x a day if it tickles your fancy. They are open starting at 5am, and into the evening, 7 days a week. Since I really enjoy working out RIGHT after I wake up, and during the week, this works out GREAT for me! I still plan to attend bootcamps with Trainer Bill every other weekend and also attend bootcamps at PSP. I'm filling my plate up with tons of workouts! I am going to put on 8-10 lbs of muscle by March 31, that's my goal!!!! Watch me achieve it. I am taking my first set of photos and my Project 10 Video today! I will post by tomorrow!

Dinner: shrimp tacos with rice pilaf. Oh and a Weiss beer. Just 1. And a water, make that 4.

OMG am I sore tonight! Thanks PSP for kicking my butt this AM! Ahhhh!!! Hurts to sit down to pee.. Tells me it was goOoOod!!!!!!!! I'm looking forward to seeing how I look in 8 weeks from now!! I signed up for 3-4 sessions a week!

This vi broad is going to sleep! Oh and a new promoter came on the team today! Congrats to Kim!! She's also down 4 lbs her first week!

Ah, well my 40 minute run kicked my ass, but in a good way! It was great! Me n Darlene actually hold conversations now on the treadmill! I'm proud of her! Ran for 30 mins, 3 miles this AM! She's down 5 lbs since right after Xmas! Go Vi shakes!
AM snack: 1/4 cup trail mix! Various nuts, raisins, and dried fruit.

AM snack: protein bar! (Right after running)

Lunch: honey Vi shake! 1 tbsp Honey, vi mix, splash vanilla flavor and almond milk vanilla unsweet! Yum! Under 200 calories!

Afternoon snack : 1pm banana (always keep all fruits in shakes and snacks before 5pm!)

Dinner: skinny wrap - turkey, cheese, honey mustard, tomatoes and alfalfa sprouts

CHEAT SNACK : 1/4 piece of big slice pizza from falco's pizza and 2 huge Weiss beers!

This morning I visited another trainer as a possible promoter! Went really well! Turns out I'm working out with them for free In the AM! TRX here I come again! MISSION project 10 is underway! They said its totally possible!!! Can't wait to share that in the AM!!!!!! Getting my ass kicked again tomorrow!

Day 3/90! Started out this morning with a Dreamcicle Vi-shake (140 calories when added to minute maid 50). It's the same shake I do every morning since April 11 when I accepted my challenge. When it's delicious, it doesn't get old! OJ Is great (vs milk or almond milk) when you are following it with a work out... No upset tummy, just fuel for my uphill full incline training session (as I type! Yup NO HANDS on the treadmill.. That's for beginners.. Hold it if your JUST starting out but work your way to making your body really work it!) for 40 mins... Followed by some stretching!

Looking forward to Yoga tonight! (Downtown lemont on canal Street - Look up Allegro Fitness on FB if you are interested.. One of my promoters, Lori Gardner is owner). It's from 6:30-7:30! It's a much challenging workout and a GREAT stretching workout for runners like myself!

Also, looking forward to Bootcamp Training we just set up with Trainer Bill, my newest Promoter (friend him on FB to get in on personal training sessions 1/on/1.. Tell him I sent you!)! -- Sunday, January 27th - 10:30-11:30 at Apex fitness in mokena (191st and LaGrange). Limited Spacing! I think we are already full! We are gonna put our bodies to the test that day! Beginners to advanced, all on the same goal - mission body change!
I just recorded a two videos - home work out - you can do it's called circuit training. I was taught this by my personal trainer Robert Gibertini of personal best fitness in homer Glen Illinois please look him up - he is an excellent trainer!

Lunch: So I had one of my favorite third meals again today ... I used a low carb wrap and put Honey turkey, Alfalfa sprouts, tomato, turkey bacon, Avocado, low-fat ranch dressing, Lettuce and Feta cheese. I had a side of "Veggie sticks" chips, And a side of Breakstone's cottage cheese with mango (Jewel has these for a dollar a piece right now!!!) It was super filling and delicious and I don't feel guilty about eating it!!!! I wanted to do my big meal for lunch today because at 6:30 PM I am going to yoga. I will have my shake right before yoga
Snack : I just had my afternoon snack! I had 25 unsalted almonds
Dinner : BBV apple pie shake! Sugar free apple sauce, cinnamon, a low fat graham cracker, vanilla unsweetened almond milk, splash of vanilla flavoring - roughly 210 calories!
Yoga (yes.. Lol 2nd workout today.. It's fun, what the heck!)

1 hour. I really think for me, yoga gets me that good hip, and foot stretches my body needs from running. I really go home relaxed after an hour. And Eva rocks! She's so talented and such a perfectionist with this.. I really like it. Super relaxing even thou JoJo and Tori and I are screwing around.. Haha or falling over.

Well, now I'm on the Team BMW vision call -- HUGE release tonight! Can't wait to hear! I think I'll have 1 rice cake before bed... With my huge water.

Now a hot green tea! Yum a nightly ritual! And it's really good!!!! :) nighty nite xx
 
So stoked about today! I'm starting off with my dreamcicle vi shake, my GO and PRO then a 45 minute 5.5 mph run on the treadmill, then a little later in the day I'm looking forward to training with Bill who is becoming a promoter today! I will post more about that later! Super excited!! Learning some new lifting techniques to help me bulk up!!
All I can say is W-O-W!!!! Trainer Bill (on FB as trainer bill) ROCKS! I accepted his free first session to personal train with him and got my ASS handed to me! It was AMAZING and CHALLENGING, exactly how I like it!!! We did a TOTALLY unconventional arms / chest and abs workout like I have NEVER done before! I sweated, wined, trembled and collapsed... Exactly how it should be when you are looking to bulk up! Looking forward to the bootcamp we are trying to arrange for Saturday or Sunday (day not decided yet) 10:30am indoor hour work out... But doing the 1 on 1 with him every other week to start, then up to 1x a week, maybe more, time permitting.

He was awesome... - attentive, detail oriented (form, form, form) and kept me totally intrigued... 1 exercise after another! Can't wait to use some of these techniques at the gym this week.. Haha once I can lift my arms again. Seriously.. AWESOME is all I can say. Ohhhh-- and he came on board as a shake challenger AND a promoter today! Super excited for him.. He's gonna ROCK both ends of that!

So I picked up my competitive swimsuit for the indoor, yes indoor, triathlon I am competing in in March. Considering I have NEVER swam competitively, I need to start working on that! Haha laps in my 30' long pool just don't cut it.. Plus it's a big ice cube right now!!!! Stoked about that.

God, I love my vi life! Shakes - work outs - best body i ever had! Ah, I love me.

Dinner : vi-shake (90 cal) (peanut butter (PB2 - 45 cal) chocolate (Hershey's unsweetened 20 cal) - with almond milk (vanilla unsweetened vanilla - 45 cal)

4 bottles of water, 2 green tea (brewed with sweetener) (1 ltr total)

So.... I lost 22# over the period of 90 days. No joke. I jumped in head first and had never done anything like this.. Ya know, ... Shakes. But by day 2, I honestly felt AMAZING. I woke up so rested, I never felt a "crash", I was full and excited! Within 2 weeks I was down 12 lbs... I hit a "plateau" week 2-4... Turns out I wasn't eating enough calories! (Who would have thought!?!) so I downloaded myfitnesspal and vwalla I was back on track! These are so delicious, filing and so many recipes there's endless possibilities... I've been doing the vi-lifestyle since April 11 2012. It's pretty amazing!

So today is my 4th challenge, day 1/90! It's was amazing! I went to the gym, documented my work outs on video (below) and got in a great ab and leg workout!!! Stoked about Project 10 with ViSalus! As a promoter, I've got my team of challengers pretty stoked too! Keep posted!
